We pride ourselves on speedy, reliable service and our processing takes place as soon as your order is finalised. Please note that orders are dispatched during business hours only and cannot be shipped during weekends or on public holidays.

The following provides a guide for delivery times. Please calculate your estimated delivery time commencing from the date after your order was finalised. Note, times are provided as estimates only. Please note, we chose to use nationally-recognised couriers Startrack, TNT and Toll to deliver our goods. For further details about their individual shipping policies, please refer to their websites.
Our couriers cannot ship to a PO Box address and will require a physical delivery address, accessible during business hours, Monday to Friday. A signature on delivery is required. Should no one be available to take delivery of your goods, or access is blocked, you may be liable for a re-delivery fee.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a detailed email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt of email.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Grasshopper Promotional is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Our team are trained in strict packaging guidelines and we will do our best to ensure your items are packaged appropriately to avoid any damage in transit. Grasshopper Promotional cannot be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, once your items have left our site. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for evidence of your claim.
